Funded Trader Agreement
Version 2026-09-21
This Funded Trader Agreement applies in addition to the Terms & Conditions as soon as one of your Accounts becomes a Funded Account — either because you passed an Evaluation and confirmed "Move on to Funded", or because you bought a Funded Account directly. Where this Agreement and the Terms differ, this Agreement prevails for Funded Accounts. Terms defined in the Terms have the same meaning here.
1. What "Funded" means
1.1 A Funded Account is still a simulated account. No capital is transferred to you, no real orders are placed and no real money is traded on your behalf. The balance is a score, not money you own.
1.2 You are not our employee, agent or representative, and you do not manage money for us or for anyone else. You trade in your own name, at times of your own choosing, without instructions from us other than the Rules.
1.3 Your only monetary claim is the Payout under section 4 and the Payout Policy (Annex 2 of the Terms).
2. Moving on from an Evaluation
2.1 When you confirm "Move on to Funded", the same Account becomes the Funded Account and is reset to its starting balance. The balance, the drawdown and the trading history of the Evaluation start again from zero. Profit made during the Evaluation is not carried over and cannot be paid out.
2.2 The step cannot be undone.
3. Rules on a Funded Account
3.1 The Trading Rules (Annex 1 of the Terms) apply: trailing drawdown on the highest end-of-day balance, which can also be breached during the day; no positions over the daily session close; maximum contracts for the Account size. There is no profit target, no minimum number of trading days and no consistency rule.
3.2 A breached Funded Account is closed and cannot be reset.
3.3 The Prohibited Practices (Annex 3 of the Terms) apply in full, in particular: you trade the Account yourself, by hand; no bots or automated strategies; no opposite positions in the same market across Accounts; no exploiting of simulation errors; and at least 50 % of your profit must come from trades that were open for longer than 10 seconds.
3.4 You may hold no more than 5 active Funded Accounts at the same time.
3.5 Inactivity. Place at least one trade per calendar week on every active Funded Account. After an e-mail notice and a further 14 days without a trade the Account may be closed.
4. Payouts
4.1 You have a claim to a Payout when the conditions of the Payout Policy are met: payable amount = 50 % of the simulated profit above the starting balance, less open requests; minimum €500; one request per Account every 3 calendar days; tiered maximum per request up to the cap for the Account size.
4.2 A paid Payout reduces the Account balance by the same amount, and the drawdown threshold moves down by the same amount.
4.3 Before your first Payout you complete a one-time identity check. Payouts go to a SEPA or PayPal account in your own name; the name must match your certificate name.
4.4 If the Account is breached before a Payout is paid, the open request lapses. If a prohibited practice is established under section 12 of the Terms, profit made with that practice does not count towards a Payout.
4.5 We review a request within 5 business days and pay within 5 further business days.
5. Taxes and your own responsibility
A Payout is a performance-related reward for results achieved in the simulation. It may be taxable income where you live. You are responsible for declaring it and for any taxes and social-security contributions. We do not give tax advice.
6. Refunds and chargebacks
If the payment for the Account is refunded or charged back, the Account is closed and open Payout requests from it are rejected. During an open chargeback, Payouts from your other Accounts are paused until the matter is clarified.
7. No guarantee
Past results in the simulation do not guarantee future results or Payouts. Payouts are made by QuantProp from its own funds.
8. Duration
This Agreement runs for each Funded Account until that Account is closed. The provisions of the Terms on termination, liability, changes, governing law and your statutory rights as a consumer apply.
